Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 June 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at argusgroup.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the Site only. They do not govern the ArgusX platform or any investigation, due diligence, or other services we may provide, which are subject to separate written agreements.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by the Argus AI group of companies, comprising Argus AI Group UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales, and Argus AI Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these terms, “Argus AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to these entities together.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper functioning, security, or availability of the Site;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with another party’s use of it.
4. Informational purposes only; no advice or relationship
The content on the Site is provided for general information about Argus AI and our services. It does not constitute legal, financial, investigative, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to provide services in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site, and no contact made through it, creates a client, advisory, or contractual relationship with us. Any engagement of our services is governed solely by a separate signed agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Argus name and brand, page design, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Argus AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following any external link is at your own risk.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may suspend, withdraw, or change all or part of the Site at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content on the Site is accurate, current, or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
- If you access the Site from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or elsewhere outside the United States, these terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If you access the Site from the United States, these terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site, and your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
