John Artunkal is a digital strategist who has delivered research, digital marketing strategies, and lobbying services to political parties, governments, and private-sector clients across the US, UK, and Turkey. Trained in open-source intelligence (OSINT) by Bellingcat, he has also conducted digital investigations for businesses and private individuals. He earned his Bachelor’s at the University of Pennsylvania before joining Mercury, a lobbying and communications firm in DC. He later completed his Master’s in Social Science of the Internet at the University of Oxford. In addition to leading Argus AI, he is an Associate at the AI think tank New Imagination Lab.

Her research focuses on interstate rivalries, alliance politics, and nuclear proliferation, with an emphasis on the security politics of South Asia and the Middle East. Her writing has appeared in Foreign Policy, Arab News, Asharq Al-Awsat, Foreign Policy Journal, and Democracy & Security. Dr. Jan brings regional expertise and a combined law-and-security perspective to understanding how AI intersects with global conflict and intelligence.
